The Freedom of Spirit Trust for Border Collies

We have a full-time position available for the right person who has the vocation to dedicate themselves to the welfare and the future of our rescue dogs.

 The successful applicant must be confident around dogs and have a realistic approach to rescue. Previous experience in general dog training or behaviour is not as important as dedication and a willingness to learn.

This position is full-time with flexible days that will include  bank holidays, weekends and/or weekend days on a team rota and will include all usual kennel duties. The specialist training that is needed to work with these dogs will be provided for the right applicant.

Employment will be at our base near Bingley in West Yorkshire but will eventually be based permanently at our new base near Barnoldwick in Lancashire so willingness to travel and/or relocate is essential.
